Machinery Don't Fail Me.
It was tonnes of work during the past few days of my internship. I'm not surprised if tommorow gets busy. I was lucky to survive the lack of sleep and me coffee-ing through the day. I remember bragging about my hectic work life and i can't believe its down to the last two weeks.
Its good that i'm getting income from this attachment because i need bank. The holidays are coming and my plans on June are tight. Vacation and plus, more gigs. Talking about vacation, i have second thought about going overseas. The latest news that Singapore confirm the first case of H1N1 got me worrying at work just now.
The final showdown of Manchester United and Barcelona is tonight. Who will reign champions? For sure, it will be an intense-nail-biting game. Red Devils for the win!

No Boundaries.
I'm watching the re runs of American Idol. I reckon this is the most entertaining season finale up to date. Congratulation to the new American Idol, Kris Allen!
Seems to me my prediction was correct. But seriously, both Adam Lambert and Kris Allen were outstanding.
I was at Cineleisure yesterday watching SavingSomeone performed. For your info, they will doing a Split EP with my buddies Tacit Aria & Fire Away, Samson. I'm stoked to see how's the progression going to be.

Minahspeak is not limited to verbal communication. We Minahs love to text, and sure we've developed a distinct text language, sometimes you find hard to comprehend. Different Minahs have different styles, but generally, after a couple of messages, we'll adapt to each other's form of texting and we are able to understand.
But for the forever lost, here are 5 basic guidelines for Minah style texting, just to help you understand.
1. Spell everything differently. Substitute i with y. eg. like = lyk, nite = nyte Substitute y with e. eg. Hapi Bdae. Todae. Who sae I minah?
2. Be creative with shortforms. Don't bother with 'takper' or even, 'takpe'. Go with 'xpe'. x = tak. You know, like when you don't want something you cross it out.
3. Use the number '0', in place of the letter 'o'. eg. El0. K0l i. Oh and if your prepaid is low, tell your friend, 'pp8 l0w'. (application of rule 2 and 3)
4. Reply to all messages, a 'K' will suffice. Even if that's gonna cost you 5 cents. Ni semua manners beb! Duit mana mana leh cari.
5. Leave out alphabets and punctuations. 'Gi mane?' can be effectively shortened to 'G ane' If you need to ask who your friend is with, forget 'Kau ngan sape?', just go 'Ko n sape' (remember, no punctuation). eg. ko n sape nak g ane k ku tgh siap Don't worry, your friend will understand that euu are trying to ask her who she's with, where euu guys are headed and that euu are getting ready.

I was watching American Idol yesterday and it was down to the top 3. Adam Lambert & Danny Gokey did great on the idol stage but Kris Allen totally blew me away with his rendition of Kanye West's Heartless. I concour it was better then the original. Adam Lambert the next American Idol? Not me, my vote goes to Kris Allen.

It's the thought that counts.
My Sunday is spent perfectly with my family members. Mother's Day, it was great and you guys would be wondering what i bought for my mother.
Something simple, a small bouquet of rose from myself and a chocolate mudpie cake from my brother just to make her day.
Today is DJ Chew Soowei's birthday!
She's one of my favourite radio DJ star on 98.7FM and getting a chance to catch up with her on every episode on Live and Loaded was awesome. I wish you for the best in the near future and also Pillowfight!

Meet my dearest mum, well this picture was taken during last year Hari Raya.
As we all today is a very special day for Mothers all around the world. I can still remember when i was a baby crawling towards my mother asking her to carry me. Seriously i do remember. Well, my mother is a friend and my pillar of strength.
Mother is the Doctor and Nurse, all rolled into one. If it's a fever, a crying baby that won't be quieted, a cut, a broken tooth it doesn't matter. She knows how to fix it. After all, Mother knows best. She's the referee in every dispute. She is the light at the end of the tunnel, in the wake of a storm. She is my mother.

Long weekends, here i come.
I found this picture in my recycle bin. Taken in early Febuary, credit to the awesome Diyana Rahim.
I'm free from work for the next three days. I would be happy if its a longer one, i wish. Thank god i just got my pay from the past three weeks of the attachment. I have a few things to settle with it and either a nice pair of shoes would be nice.
The whole day, I was at Far East Plaza watching my friends Tacit Aria, Barricade & Valleyskies auditioning for the StreetClap! Competition. Some other bands were tight while others are pretty okay. The long wait of the results were pretty intense as we had to wait till 8.30pm . Congrats to Tacit Aria & Barricade for making it to the top final eight.
Valleyskies, honestly you guys were seriously amazing today and don't be brokenhearted much even though you didn't make it. We always support each other no matter what. Don't give up mangs!
